We can know the following elements in a label:
The Field or Backgorund

It’s the prevalent colour, that characterizes a brand and consecrates it like a classic to keep in mind on purchase: the Blue Label of Chiquita, for example.
The Frame

Inside or outside the field, holds a particular area, captures the look and takes it to the centre of the picture.
The Band

Generally in the middle, rare, can hold a logo, like a text often.
The Figure

A drawing or a graphical element, both simple and elaborate, generally in the middle, can come from the logo or be apart.
The Text

It especially indicates the name of the farm and it’s written with an easily recognizable type. It can give also other new, such as the geographical origin of fruit, its quality, the complete address of the farm. Often it shows the PLU Code.
The Cuts

We can consider the cuts as additional elements, since they act on the body of the label. Their function may be the one to make difficult the removal of the label, to avoid imitations. (V. See Typologies-Cuts).
