Delivery labels
The delivery labels are not travelling labels, as they stay in the stockhouse, perhaps recoverable in the next year, when they will hand out the large cases for the harvest, if they will not take off them before.
When it gives apples large cases, these one are obviously weighted and signed with these labels, 4 in number (A, B, C and D). After, a letter is extracted and all cases signed with that letter will be sampled, i.e. all apples of that case will be checked and divided by cathegory: weight, size (speckling), color, etc. The harvest averages of every group of 4 cases will be calculated from that case.
They are named delivery labels as they are similar to the delivery notes and they are applied on the case to know the owner of that apples lot when the sampling will be made.
They are not doubles of these labels, they are all only existing copy.
